Winnipeg transit

Winnipeg Transit will be scheduled on Sunday, July 1, with additional bus services on Route 11 Portage between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. to allow travel between The Forks and Assiniboine Park.

In addition, bus services will be extended on Friday evenings on routes leaving the center, with the last buses leaving the center around 00:40 in the morning (check Navigo for exact hours).

libraries

All public libraries in Winnipeg will be closed on Friday, July 1.

Recreation and free time

Outdoor pools, swamp pools and spray pads

The open water services of Winnipeg will be open (weather permitting) on ​​Friday, July 1st. All outdoor pools, including heated and unheated pools and spray pads, will be open. The pools start opening gradually from July 1.

Indoor pools

On Friday, July 1, the Pan Am Pool will be open from 10:00 to 14:00; The Margaret Grant Pool will be open from 13:00 to 17:00; and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open from 14:00 until 18:00. All other indoor pools are closed.

Fitness and entertainment centers

On Friday, July 1, the Pan Am Pool will be open from 10:00 until 14:00, and the Cindy Klassen leisure complex will be open from 14:00 until 18:00. All other fitness and leisure centers are closed.

The Animal Services Agency will be closed on Friday, July 1.
