Latest Russia-Ukraine news: Russia to target Elon Musk satellites following Moscow attack

At least two civilians have been killed and four wounded in Russian attacks in Ukraine, local authorities said early Saturday.

One person was killed and three were injured in a shelling in the eastern Luhansk region, Governor Sergei Gaidai said in an online post.

The pipeline was damaged in Lisichansk and Severodonetsk, which was without gas and water, Gaidai said in a statement in the Telegram news app.

“Evacuate while it’s still possible,” Gaidai said in another post, adding that the buses are ready for those wishing to be evacuated from the region.

One person was killed and one was injured in a night attack on a small village near Poltava, the capital of central Ukraine, Poltava Oblast, regional governor Dmitry Lunin said in a Telegram post.
