Explosions have been reported in 3 Russian regions bordering Ukraine

(Received from CNN)

Despite Russia’s repeated denials that they were responsible for any massacre in Bucha outside Kyiv, Russian military vehicles and forces were spotted on a street in Bucha near civilian bodies, according to a new drone video obtained exclusively from CNN.

CNN geolocated and confirmed the authenticity of the videos, which were shot by a drone on March 12 and 13. CNN did not name the person who shot the video due to concerns about their safety.

A Russian military vehicle is seen sitting at an intersection in the March 13 video. CNN has identified three objects in the video – just down the street from the military vehicle – the same bodies seen in the April 1 video and satellite images taken by Maxar Technologies on March 18.

An additional video of a March 13 drone shows another Russian military vehicle moving up the street in the direction of the bodies.

In the March 12 video, a number of Russian soldiers are seen around a military car parked in front of a house just down the street from the bodies. It is not clear what they are doing in the house.

CNN requested a comment from the Russian Ministry of Defense, but did not receive an immediate response.

International outrage: Russian officials – President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov – have repeatedly claimed that videos and satellite images showing bodies in Bucha were fake.

This drone video is the first evidence from Bucha showing Russian vehicles and troops operating on the street where the bodies were found by Ukrainian forces when they recaptured the city on April 1st.

The images that emerged from Bucha after the withdrawal of Russian forces caused great outrage among the international community. It has also led some leaders, including US President Joe Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron, to call the Bucha atrocities war crimes.
