Acharia teaches a great lesson to Hollywood

Mega Compound has shown great interest and responsibility in negotiations with the AP government to increase ticket prices.

There have been discussions that Chiranjivi bent over with his arms folded to please the chief minister in this regard.

Finally, the government has delighted the film industry with rising ticket prices. But what is the result? Has the industry really benefited? It seems that Acharya itself is facing the negative impact of this.

In general, there will be a group of audiences who want to watch the movie “for once”, regardless of the conversation. But current ticket prices are not encouraging them now.

Without thinking, they use the cancellation option as soon as they hear the conversation, so as not to lose money.

Movies like ‘Acharya’ are different from RRR and KGF-2. The audience of advertised films in Pan India is different from that of regional films today.

The high ticket prices didn’t bother RRR much. The increase in ticket prices for KGF-2 is very small. But when it comes to “Acharya;”, the single screens in Telangana charge 30 Rs extra, and in AP Rs 50 is added to the ticket price for the first 10 days.

If the film was good, that extra 50 rupees would come automatically, regardless of the price increase. But now that the film has received a bad review, forget about the extra Rs 50 / -, it seems difficult to get the very basic ticket price. The audience withdraws, watching the high ticket price for a movie with bad stories.

Acarya has proven that high ticket prices will not help producers. Every product must be accessible to the pockets of the public. Acharia teaches this lesson.

We need to see how the other upcoming films will work on this.
