An outbreak of COVID-19 has been announced at the Stratford General Hospital.
Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance officials said the action was taken after three patients in the drug department tested positive.
The ward is already closed for admission until the next order and contact tracking is carried out.
Family and carers are limited with the only exception being palliative patients at the end of life.
Meanwhile, another outbreak continues in the hospital at St. Marys Memorial Hospital with a current number of cases of 22.
