Ruddlemoor crash: Three people die after crash on B3274 in Cornwall

Police have confirmed that three people died in a car crash in Rudlemore, St. Austell. The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday, May 1.

Officers arrived on the scene shortly after 1.30am and were informed that there was a collision of a B3274 car. Fire and ambulance crews were also present.

All three died on the spot. Officers are now conducting investigations to verify their identities and find their relatives.

A fourth person has been found since then, who took part in the collision and left the scene. Officers from the team for the investigation of severe clashes are clarifying the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police are now appealing for information from the public. Anyone who has witnessed the clash or has information to help the police is asked to send an email to 101@dc.police.uk or 101, citing crime CR / 037022/22.
