In two weeks, another Trump-approved celebrity candidate, television doctor Mehmet Oz, will face voters in a narrow field for the Republican Senate primary in Pennsylvania. Next week in Georgia, Trump’s Senate nominee, former football star Herschel Walker, appears to be heading for victory, while his election as governor, David Purdue, lags behind current Republican Gov. Brian Kemp by a significant margin.
