Post Malone says he will become a father with his long-standing love.

“I’m excited about this next chapter in my life, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been, and I’ve been sad for as long as I can remember,” the 26-year-old rapper told TMZ on Tuesday.

He continued: “It’s time to take care of my body, family and friends and spread as much love as we can every day.”

The friend of the rapper from Circles, according to TMZ, has remained out of the spotlight and the couple is content to keep their relationship confidential.

Speaking to Billboard about the album earlier this year, Post said the album included an effective 45 minutes of new music as it seeks to avoid any kind of filler.

He said the tracks on the recording “speak more about how I feel right now: the ups and downs, the clutter and the bipolar aspect of being a mainstream artist.”

Post said he chose artistry over commercialism to keep the number of songs smaller on the upcoming album.

“Trying to score 20 to 25 songs doesn’t work,” he said. “I’m talking about etiquette [it’s like]”Oh, if you have fewer songs, you won’t be transmitting that much,” but the whole point is that you don’t want to compromise your art and your inner mood with anything. “
