United have won each of their last seven meetings with Brighton in all competitions, their longest winning streak against another current Premier League team, while the hosts have failed to win any of their last eight home games in the Premier League (D4 L4 ) of a 2-0 win over Brentford in Boxing Day.
Regarding the early news for the team, club captain Harry Maguire may return for the clash, but Marcus Rashford will miss the match due to illness.
