Two men were stabbed in Newtown in a morning drama with knives. Police were called to Ward Street, near Newtown Row, Newtown, around 4 a.m. Saturday, May 7.
They found two men, both 22 years old, who had been stabbed. The victims were taken to hospital and their injuries were not “life-threatening”.
Investigators called on anyone with information to contact them.

A West Midlands police spokeswoman said: “We are investigating the following riots on Ward Street, Newtown, shortly after 4 a.m. this morning (May 7). Two men, both 22, were stabbed.
“They are currently in hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
