The Winnipeg Police Department for Major Crimes is investigating after a man was found seriously injured on a bridge on Friday night.
According to the police, general patrol officers were driving on the bridge of Slav Rebchuk around 10:30 pm, when they saw a wounded man near the sidewalk.
Officers provided medical assistance before the man was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Investigators are asking anyone who drove on the bridge before the incident, who may have useful information or a board record, to contact 204-986-6219.
