A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed several times on a bus in the York Transit region on Monday afternoon.
This happened while the bus was near Yonge Street and Royal Orchard Boulevard around 1:15 p.m.
Police say two suspects were initially spotted hiding in a bus shelter after being stabbed and eventually fled the scene on foot.
At one point, police set up a perimeter to search for the suspects, but eventually stopped the search.
The victim remains in hospital, where he is in serious condition, according to police.
