Three killed in collision at Allegheny SEPTA station

Three were killed after a car crashed into Allegheny’s SEPTA station on the Frankford Market Line on Tuesday morning, according to reports.

The collision killed two pedestrians, a man and a woman, and one was beheaded.

The driver of the car also died and drove at more than 100 miles per hour before crashing, said Fox 29 police officer Steve Keeley.

Both Kensington and Allegheny Boulevards have reportedly been closed since Tuesday morning.

All trains will bypass Allegheny because of the crash, according to SEPTA’s Kelly Green.
