Ukraine accuses Russia of stealing grain

Russian troops in Ukraine are supplying grain and produce to Crimea, which is crucial to Ukraine’s economy, the country’s officials said, adding to their list of complaints against Russian occupation forces as local officials called for Russia’s accession.

The Zaporozhye Oblast Military Administration said a convoy of Russian trucks loaded with Ukrainian grain left the occupied town of Enerhodar on Tuesday with a Russian military escort. They said he was traveling to the Crimean peninsula, which Moscow annexed from Ukraine in 2014. The administration also said vegetables and sunflower seeds were being taken.
