It was reported this week that Jason broke up with his mistress Keeley Hazel less than a year after the former couple made public their romance.
Jason, 46, and Keeley, 35, are believed to have cited their busy schedules as the reason for their separation.
Their romance was revealed after Jason broke up with his ex-fiancée Olivia Wilde, 38, who has since moved in with her new boyfriend Harry Styles, 28.
