The first responders were still at the scene on Tuesday night, as the road was closed and traffic was diverted via road 134.
The road is expected to remain closed “for a long time” while authorities conduct an investigation, the RCMP tweeted late Tuesday.
No details were released on what could have caused the crash, but the road was wet and the weather was foggy at the time of the crash.
