Amber Heard’s lawyer repeats “I’m trying” until she seems defeated in the Johnny Depp trial
The defamation lawsuit of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp continued with direct disputes between the legal teams of both countries.
However, the chances of success in the civil battle seem to be diminishing on Depp’s side, as Hurd’s lawyer Elaine Bradhoft seemed disappointed and exhausted in court.
A video of the trial went viral on social media, with Bredehoft saying “I’m trying, I’m trying,” as he looked at Hurd, while Depp star lawyer Camille Vazquez continued to raise objections to most of Bredehoft’s issues.
Meanwhile, the scandalous trial witnessed Hurd’s team present the testimony of Disney CEO Tina Newman.
Newman testified that Disney dumped Depp from a celebrity Pirates of the Caribbean 6 to Hurds The Washington Post op-ed.
Newman said she “has never seen any documentation that refers to the article, has never discussed it, and has never heard or participated in a discussion of its impact.”
In addition, former Depp agent Tracy Jacobs testified in court that the Hollywood A-lister was a “difficult” person and had “fundamental anger problems” that caused complaints from production companies.
