Freezing is expected as the temperature drops at night

As the temperature is expected to drop close to zero tonight, frost is expected during the night.

As a result, the Canadian environment has issued a freeze warning.

Light frosts are expected in some areas, but temperatures are expected to rise rapidly above zero on Monday morning.

Areas under consultation include:

• Agawa – Lake Superior Park
• Sault Ste. Marie – the island of St. Joseph
• Searchmont – a port on the Montreal River – Batchawana Bay
