Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the sequel to Fallen Order

During the second day of the Star Wars Celebration event over the weekend, we first saw a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order called Jedi: Survivor. It is expected to launch in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC.

Cal Kestis, who turns out to be the least interesting Jedi in the galaxy (especially when Cere Junda is right there), returns, kicking the space fascist’s ass with the help of his extremely cute droid helper BD-1. The Jedi: Fallen Order series follows Cal as he works to restore the Jedi after the infamous Order 66. The sequel takes place five years after the original game and is again described as an “adventure action game run by a third party.” Director Stig Asmussen says the sequel will include some next-generation features, most notably support for beam tracking and faster charging times.

The sequel to EA’s best single-player game for the past five years was announced in January, along with two other new Star Wars games to be released by Titanfall 2 developer Respawn Entertainment.
