Social media reports reportedly appeared on the Yubo platform after a mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uwalde, Texas, showing that the suspected killer threatened other users and was carelessly called “Yubo’s school shooter” before the shooting.
Salvador Ramos, 18, harassed people online on social media and made other threats ahead of Tuesday’s tragic shooting that killed 19 children and two teachers, Sky News reported.
“People join life and say, ‘Oh, hey, look, this is Yubo’s school shooter,’ an unidentified 17-year-old told the Sky News platform. Yubo is a social application for live streaming video.
Following the mass shooting on Tuesday, social media users went out to share messages reportedly Ramos reportedly posted from his verified account in the Yubo news app. Several reports indicate that he regularly comments on rape.

The 17-year-old also said Ramos “will simply harass people … and threaten rape, kidnapping and murder”, according to the report.
Ramos may also have been proud of the nickname “school shooter” because he did not correct people for its use, the user said.
“He never tried to close that nickname, he seemed almost proud of it, you know,” she added, according to the report.
The unidentified youth also suggested that the text messages and subsequent interactions on the platform were red flags that could have prevented Tuesday’s shooting.
“I will not lie, he was harassed in the application. This is almost a high school community. There are losers, there are popular people. It’s weird to explain. As when he joined life, most people would say “Yubo school shooter” [because] he was known to be weird, “she told Sky News.

Ramos also sent a personal message to the 17-year-old, saying “I would adore you” before telling her to “jump off the bridge” after she did not respond, she told Sky News. It is alleged that Ramos traced his actions by finding the girl’s real name and his personal mobile phone, to which he sent a harassment message, the text messages show.
“You will ask me how I got your number,” the report said in a statement.
