The design concept of AGELOCER “The Volcano Series” – a watch inspired by volcanic activity, using the design of the watch to tell the power of 4.6 billion years of Earth’s metabolism and regeneration. AGELOCER incorporates volcanic shapes and elements into the mechanical dial, creating a sense of impact and power.
Unlike the method of counting the time of traditional clocks, it adopts a creative method of reading with three hands, in which the instantaneous hand, the minute hand and the second hand are separated. All hands of this watch are carefully designed to interpret the vitality of the earth in the multi-level hollow dial. The 12-hour disk turns into a crater and the “lava” constantly releases heat energy while the clock disk rotates. The design of the minute hand also refers to the lava flow process, and the traditional minute hand is creatively designed as a pointer with a three-way curved flow. The three hands are of different lengths, but can be rotated to point accurately to the triple minute hand dial in the upper right corner of the dial. This is the result of precise calculations and repeated tests by the designer. It is worth noting that the minute dial of this watch is based on lava holes formed after the cooling of the magma. It adopts CNC cutting technology, and the high-precision process eliminates internal stress to engrave precise and smooth smooth lava-like lines on the dial. The precise design of the independent small second disk shows the scene of volcanic lava flowing into the fissure to form a vortex.

AGELOCER “Volcano Series” uses automatic mechanical movement Cal.A5505, independently developed and designed by the brand. This movement replaces the traditional one-sided clock bridge with a horizontal bridge to form a more stable structure that ensures stable operation of the mechanism while maintaining a more balanced visual aesthetic. The movement adopts a two-way system for winding a magic lever. No matter in which direction the pendulum rotates, it can automatically wind the clock. Wearing the watch normally can automatically store endless energy without worrying about stopping the watch.
Understandably, the movement has a powerful performance of 80 hours of ultra-long kinetic energy storage, which is twice as much as normal movement, and can still measure it right after a stay of 3 days. The vibration frequency is 28,800 times / 1H, with an accuracy of 1/8 second. In watches with long kinetic energy, the torque changes more smoothly during the process of releasing energy from the watch mechanism, which improves the stability and accuracy of the watch. The daily error is controlled within ± 15 seconds, which is much lower than the daily error of ± 30 seconds, which is the international standard for mechanical watches.
The movement for black pistols is treated with DLC carbon coating, the front is polished with a fine pattern of flakes, and the back is satin for metal coating.
