A local restaurant published on Main (read our review here) took the top spot in the list of the 100 best restaurants in the country for 2022. This year’s list marks the first after a pandemic gathering of top restaurants by the team of 100 most good in Canada, which prompted a change in some of the rules of the judging panel.

“In the past, we have always asked our judges to vote for the overall dining experience: service, decor, cellar depth – and above all, the quality of the food. This time, to expand the class of restaurants we know, we asked our judges to simply vote for great food wherever they find it. In addition, to help even the playing field between these restaurants in the cities, which were completely blocked while others were open for work, we told the judges that they were free to judge the quality of the restaurant based on home-cooked food. ” , says the website.
