A school bus driver on the subway shakes her head against irresponsible drivers after nearly missing out on a run through the Gulf of Portugal this morning.
Wendy Squires-Ennis says a vehicle coming to the bus passed a two-lane stop sign, nearly hitting an unsuspecting student.
Squires-Ennis makes two trips a day and rarely travels the entire trip without anyone ignoring the lights and signs on the bus.
She can almost understand the drivers behind the bus, who are disappointed with the many stops ahead, but a vehicle coming to the bus only has to stop once. She says that if the child had not been very alert, she would have been seriously injured.
