Spotify fans are obsessed with a new feature of the music and podcast streaming platform.
The new online feature can be used to analyze your Spotify listening habits and present your results in pie form.
The third-party function was developed by Darren Huang, a student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Just like every year when Spotify Wrapped comes out, music lovers go to social media to share their top streams and fun reactions.

One user wrote: “My Spotify pie chart …. crazy. I wouldn’t have guessed it was on top.”
Another Apple Music subscriber noted that they miss not once but twice this year: “I thought the only time of the year I felt abandoned because of Apple Music was Spotify Wrapped, what the hell is this pie chart business?” . ”
A third person added: “I will not publish the pie chart of spotify, which my best genre is pop rn, I have to fix it.”

How to create a pie chart on Spotify
The genre app, known as Spotfy Pie, allows users to “bake” their own “Monthly Genre Pie”.
The popular new feature reveals your genre listening habits based on the songs you play the most.
Some of the genres include experimental, indie rock, dream pop, K-pop, emo rap and others.
If you want to try it for yourself, you can access it through the Huang website.
All you have to do is log in to your Spotify account through the Huang Genres app – enjoy!
