A 57-year-old man has been charged with drunk driving after crashing an ATV.
At about 6pm on Sunday, the RCMP was called in for a crash on a beach in Black Duck Brook near Stephenville.
The man, who showed signs of injury, was transported to Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, where he gave a blood sample.
Police are awaiting the results of the tests to see if the allegations are justified.
