In Monday’s episode of Steve Harvey’s Morning Show, the host said, “I’m Lori’s team, a thousand percent.”
“She is my daughter,” he said. “I love her. I support her.”
It is reported that 35-year-old Jordan and 25-year-old Harvey separated after a year and a half together, and her father joked that his life had not changed because of that – saying that he still had to work.
“As I tell everyone, things happen,” said the older Harvey. “It’s hard to be young and in the spotlight and have a successful relationship.”
He also said he had no problem with Jordan, with whom he spoke.
“As long as you don’t put your hands on my daughter, I don’t care what you do,” Harvey said.
Neither Jordan nor Lori Harvey, a model, had commented on Tuesday’s reported breakup. Lori Harvey seems to have deleted Jordan’s photos from her Instagram show. In January, Steve Harvey said he was “uncomfortable” with a photo of his daughter sitting on Jordan’s lap, but praised the generous gifts from the Black Panther star.
