Fire crews battled another house fire in the northwestern part of the city on Tuesday afternoon.
They were called to a duplex on 77th Street NW, in Bownes, around 3:15 p.m.
Firefighters quickly attacked the flames on the ceiling as they poured heavy smoke.
No one was found in the home and all occupants were counted. No casualties were reported.
An investigator is on the scene trying to determine the cause of the fire.
