The asymmetrical Marzocchi Bomber air shock absorber offers easier adjustment

Marzocchi has announced a new Bomber air shock absorber with an asymmetrical tank, claiming that the design allows for a better fit in a wider variety of frames, as well as easier access to the compression regulator.

This will come as a relief for riders who adjust their suspension settings when on the trails. The air spring pressure valve is also mounted asymmetrically, so you don’t have to spend time fidgeting around trying to place a shock-absorbing suspension pump in a tight and awkward space.

The Bomber comes in a variety of sizes to fit a wide range of mountain bikes, from jumping to downhill.

The tank has a large volume, which according to the brand allows to increase the flow and volume of oil. Marzocchi is convinced that the shock allows “constant performance on the biggest hits and the longest descents, so you can send it with confidence.”

Marzocchi’s own interior elements are presented, not Fox’s. Marzoki

The shock absorber includes Marzocchi’s own interior elements, not Fox’s Float X, which says “combine[s] spicy and inspiring driving characteristics with our proven Bomber endurance ”.

A Marzocchi spokesman told BikeRadar that the interior elements “offer a tighter shock absorber adjustment that best fits the aggressive type of Marzocchi riding that Marzocchi riders love to do.”

There is external non-indexed compression correction and external bounce correction. Marzocchi adds that the shock absorber is easy to adjust to any weight and size.

We hope that the asymmetrical design will make the correction on the road easy.

The shock absorber is available in strokes from 40 to 75 mm and you can customize the feel by using volume spacers available in 0.1 cin steps. You can also reduce the available stroke with the help of reducer spacers.

The brand says that the shock absorber will go well with each of its forks and is available in metric options or pin mounting options.

It is claimed that all regulators are without tools and the shock absorber is compatible with Fox bearings at both ends (except the pins).
