What was Jeff Hardy doing hours before his last arrest?

Jeff Hardy was arrested Monday in Volusia County, Florida for “driving under the influence” and other offenses. Hardy reportedly spent the previous night at Orlando, FL Dave & Buster’s, where Hardy performed an acoustic set and provided photos for fans, and finally joined the SlamDown VII convention with various wrestling legends. All events were promoted through Glamor Under The Stars.

It seems to have been a hearty night for The Hardys. Matt even posted a photo of the brothers reuniting with their former enemy and longtime friend, D-Von Dudley.

Jeff looked happy and energetic as he posed with fans during the convention.

Hardy was arrested the next day and charged with DUI, as well as two license violations. Hardy remains in custody after his arrest. Hardy was released from the WWE amid reports of chaotic behavior, which ended with his being sent home from a live event. Hardy has been working almost full time since going to the WWE, playing concerts and touring meetings and greetings and conventions with his brother while on the road and fighting in high-impact matches for the AEW.

Hardy was recently withdrawn from a match after Double or Nothing, where he was noticeably sluggish and still seemed to have collided with a match with Darby Alin last week, leaving questions about his current condition. After some recovery, it was announced that Hardy will compete with his brother in a ladder match for the AEW Tag Team team championship in the upcoming edition of “AEW Dynamite” on Wednesday.

Hardy was charged with “3rd DUI in 10 years”, punishable by “up to five (5) years in prison and a $ 5,000 fine” and is still in custody. He is scheduled for a hearing on Tuesday. There is no current word about the scheduled match in the standings.
