Halifax police have charged a 25-year-old man with the murder of Travehon Bradshaw earlier this year in Halifax.
Mackay Larry James Skinner has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the shooting on Göttingen Street, the regional police of Halifax said in a press release on Tuesday.
Bradshaw was shot early in the morning of March 18 and died after being taken to hospital. The medical examiner described the death as murder.
In April, police asked the public for help in identifying two people who were in the area when Bradshaw was killed.
Skinner was due to appear in Halifax County Court on Tuesday.

In April, Skinner was charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and several other charges after a vehicle went through a red light in downtown Halifax.
Halifax Regional Police said the vehicle did not stop and continued to flee from police until it collided with a parked vehicle.
A press release issued at the time said a loaded firearm had been seized from the first vehicle.
