The statements of the male juror are the first made publicly by one of the seven-member panel, which consists of two women and five men.

Speaking about this, the juror questioned the authenticity of two much-discussed photos of Hurd with what is said to have bruises on her face. Depp’s lawyers claim that the color saturation in one was manipulated in order to increased the protrusion of the presumed bruise on her face.
“It simply came to our notice then. We could not find out which photo was real and which was not, “the juror said.
Another statement that hurt Hurd before the jury was how she analyzed her words about the promise to donate the proceeds of the couple’s divorce, which Depp’s team claims she did not fulfill.
Hurd testifies that the pledge and the gift are “synonymous with each other” and “mean the same thing.”
The jury saw it differently.
“The fact is, she didn’t give away much of it at all,” he said. “It was insincere.”
There has been speculation in the media that since Depp was the bigger star, jurors may lean in his direction.
But the juror claims that “none of us were fans of any of them.”
As for the impact of social media, which was another topic of discussion outside the courtroom, he said most of the jury did not have Twitter accounts, including himself.
“Social media has not affected us. We followed the evidence. We did not take into account anything from the outside [the courtroom]. We only looked at the evidence … These were very serious allegations and a lot of money. So we didn’t take it lightly. “
