The price of most fuels is rising this morning – with some significant increases in central Labrador.
Gasoline has risen by 1.2 cents per liter, while diesel has risen by 2.8. Oil in the furnace rose by 2.38 cents per liter, while the oil for furnaces on the island rose by the same amount. Stove oil in Labrador West and the Churchill Falls area rose 5.43 cents a liter.
Propane is reduced by half a cent.
Meanwhile, the price of most fuels in central Labrador rose significantly this morning due to the removal of maximum price adjustments to reflect current performance. This means an increase of 62.1 cents per liter for gas, 54.2 cents per liter for diesel and 47.2 cents per liter for oil.
