A man found lying on the sidewalk of Winnipeg with stab wounds died at the hospital early Wednesday morning.
Police received a call about an injured man lying on the sidewalk of Pembina Highway in the area around Victoria General Hospital and went to investigate around 4:30 a.m., police said in a press release.
The man was stabbed and taken to hospital, where he died.
Police have identified neither the victim nor the suspects.
The man’s death is the 25th murder in Winnipeg this year.
