Virginia Jailbreak: 1 Escaped Prisoner Captured, 3 Still Unknown

Tavares Lahuan Graham is now in the federal security institution in Hopewell, BOP spokesman Randili Jamuso wrote in an email.

Graham, 44, is serving a 120-month sentence for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine and 28 grams or more of cocaine base and possession of a firearm in support of a drug crime, the agency said.

Authorities continue to search for Corey Brunch, Lamonte Rashon Willis and Karim Allen Shaw, who were reported missing from the satellite camp of the Federal Correctional Complex in St. Petersburg at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the agency.

Details of the escape were not included in the news release, except that the BOP called it a “pass”.

The Marshals Service of the United States, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies are assisting in the search for the men, according to the prison bureau.

Brunch, 41, was serving a 160-month sentence for possession with the intention of distributing fentanyl and a criminal in possession of a firearm.

Willis, 30, was serving a 216-month sentence for possession and concealment of stolen firearms and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

Shaw, 46, was serving a 194-month sentence for conspiracy to possess a measurable amount of heroin, the agency said in a press release.

The satellite camp is listed as a minimum security facility that currently houses 185 male prisoners, according to the prison bureau.
