The driver will be charged with negligence.
A train in Toronto, Canada, recently collided with a car that bypassed the barrier and stopped on the tracks in mid-May. Metrolinx, a government agency in Ontario that manages roads and public transportation, released a video a month after the incident “to raise awareness of level crossing safety.”
The video provided by Storyful shows the driver approaching the level crossing while the barrier is lowered to mean that a train is coming. The drivers then slowly bypassed the barrier on the tracks and seconds later the train crashed into the jeep. A photo of the crashed car is shown at the end of the video.

Metrolinx reported that the driver of the jeep left the scene without serious injuries. He will be charged with recklessness.

The government agency added that every year 100 Canadians are seriously injured or killed at level crossings. “Everyone needs to be vigilant at level crossings and remember that trains run fast and can come at any time,” said Martin Gallagher, Metrolinx’s chief safety officer.
Meanwhile, in another shocking incident, a high-speed police chase ended in an accident in which the suspect’s car overturned four times before landing on the roof. A video shared on social media shows a black car in the corner of the security camera frame moving at high speed towards the neighborhood.

The driver loses control for a moment and then the car overturns while trying to avoid a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle. The video shows the black sedan overturning and dragging on the road before stopping right in front of the house where the security camera is installed. The incident shocked Internet users.
