Fuel prices See slight reduction

Most fuel prices are down again this morning – for the second time this week.

The regulated price of gas is lower by 2.9 cents per liter, while diesel by 1.2 cents.

Furnace and stove oils are lower by just under a cent per liter, while the price of propane has risen by only a fraction of a cent.

Yesterday, Brent oil fell nearly five dollars to $ 109.85 a barrel. This is significantly lower than the highest level of $ 137 per barrel reached earlier this year. Meanwhile, the Canadian dollar averaged about 77 cents against the US dollar.
