LaSal County Thunderstorm Clock Released – NBC Chicago

A strong thunderstorm was issued for LaSall County, with the possibility of storms on Saturday night in the Chicago area.

A severe thunderstorm warning was issued at 4:10 p.m. and was expected to remain in effect until midnight on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

NBC 5 Storm Team meteorologists warn that some storms can be severe with potentially harmful gusts of wind and hail. The probability of storms increases with the onset of a cold front around 7 p.m.

A little cooling comes on Sunday with a maximum of about 80 degrees, accompanied by sunny skies, according to the latest forecast models.

The cooler air is likely to linger to start the work week on Monday, with maximum values ​​until the 1970s amid mostly sunny skies. The rest of the week should remain sunny with temperatures until the 80’s, although Thursday may reach the low 90’s.
