“Sorry for the little ones”
Sophie and Elliott traveled from Newton Aycliffe to attend the event and learned that it was canceled only when they arrived at the gate.
Sophie said: “It’s because of the wind, but many of the tents are barely moving in the wind. This is crazy.
“I’m sorry for the little ones, everyone has brought all their children. Our little ones are obsessed with fire trucks and monstrous trucks. It’s just sad.”
Elliott added, “They’re fire engines, they’re not going to explode, are they?”
