UberEats driver Pamela Ray Martinez, 60, was found “in distress and unresponsive” in her car on June 11 in Glendale, according to police.

She was shot and died on the spot.

A witness told police that Martinez was first parked next to the van on the side of the road and the man could be seen outside Martinez’s car before returning to his car and leaving.

The witness added that the victim’s car “slowly started to get out of the lane”.

We apologize, but this video failed to load.

Martinez had just finished her last delivery of the day when, “for some reason,” she took a picture of a man sitting in his van, cops said.

Police later identified 62-year-old Rusty French as a suspect.

Martinez and French did not know each other, nor did she deliver food to him.
