The sensor should be in the Xiaomi 12ultra. Because the 12s’ design is ugly with curves like the iPhones, the 12u has fewer curves, like the 6pro pixel.

I have a Sony Pro. I’m really so happy, more than the S22ultra I have.
hoping that this sensor will not produce oil painting. but it may be the software from the phone itself.

notafanboy, 1 hour ago He’s pretty sure he’s a troll spreading fake news. No, I’m not spreading fake news. I only report what I have read on jd.com and I guarantee that I have read many comments saying this. However, as Nick mentioned, this could be effectively imagined by users, as they may look for degraded camera performance after reading comments from other users. These comments are actually there and as far as I know only users who have purchased the phones can comment on jd.com, so the comments come from real users. However, after reading Nick’s answer, I agree with him.

Xiaomi has never used this sensor in any of its products, which means that its name has never appeared in their advertising materials and no one will know which phone it was used on. The company is trying to make a comparison with the iPhone to show how much bigger the sensors are in their own phones, which is exactly what this teaser achieves.

Nick Tegrataker, 1 hour ago Here’s what it is; if no one, like literally no one, is even able to point out what an ex has … more Yes, good idea. It could be that. I still think that the mi 11 ultra takes much more natural photos of the main sensor than the Xiaomi 12 pro as a whole, despite the brighter night photos. Xiaomi 12 and 12 pro are similar in style. There seems to be more sharpening of the photos in general and they have really increased the saturation compared to the Xiaomi 11 series. I bought the Xiaomi 12, but I really don’t like the color of the photos. The saturation is incredibly high and the photos don’t look like you see in outdoor photos. However, the color in the video is much better, much less saturated and closer to natural. I wonder if Leica will make a big difference in color processing. Still within the 7-day return window, so consider changing the Xiaomi 12s instead of the imx707 sensor (although the 12s will probably be an extra $ 150 or more than what I paid for the Xiaomi 12). I think the biggest improvement in the 12 Series is the photo experience. Finally, Xiaomi added motion tracking, so it’s easier to take pictures of moving objects, and also improved the speed of taking a picture and processing them a lot.

I still see Xioami using a mixture of Samsung and Sony sensors from the datasheets I find on the web … or do you just mean a specific range of Xioami?

For example, let’s say that Xiaomi has released an update that adjusts the camera of the Mi 11 Ultra in the way it now takes night photos, as does the 12 Pro. 12 Pro tends to take darker photos in low light (in particular, midtones are noticeably darker), which makes photos less appealing to ordinary users, but perhaps more realistic. Suddenly, the owners of the Mi 11 Ultra feel that their photos are no longer properly exposed, therefore “worse”.
Not to mention that the internet acts like a giant echo camera when there are many people who feel the same way about a particular product at the same time and ultimately heightens people’s anxiety, even if the problem doesn’t really exist in the first place.

You can all see that 1 “is just the pixel area. Then you have the frame. Add some connectors to it.
That’s why there are restrictions on what phones can fit inside. The whole camera takes up a lot of space. To accommodate all of this, xiaomi can probably sacrifice something like avoiding a larger battery or Qi charging coil.
However, rumors say that this device will not be manufactured outside China. It seems plausible, as the 12 Pro sells in Europe for β¬ 1200-1300. And this one will never be there under β¬ 1500. I doubt xiaomi would want to have anything at this price.

These users recommend that buyers do not update the system. They don’t say how it got worse, but they’re not just isolated comments. There is a lot. I was considering buying this or Xiaomi 12, as the price was similar during the recent huge sale of the 618 in China, so I reviewed hundreds of user reviews. In the end, I bought the Xiaomi 12, because the Xiaomi 11 ultra is a bit too bulky for me. I think this is a fairly common practice, albeit from many brands, as I’ve seen this type of comment for other brands as well.

With this sensor and Leica lenses, I have high hopes for this phone in the camera department, let’s see if it can justify the noise.
