Earlier this month, we saw speculative images of the OnePlus 10T with a slightly unusual design. Now @OnLeaks has released new renderings that look much closer to the design of the 10 Pro, but still with some noticeable differences.
It is claimed that these new renderings are based on real pre-production photos. They show that the impact of the camera on the back will not cover the entire width of the phone, as in earlier renders.
The source highlights the changes between the current OnePlus 10 Pro and the upcoming 10T. The metal frame will obviously be replaced with a plastic one and the design of the irregularities will be changed, especially the bevel around it.
Two main changes to note: first, the display will be flat and second, the warning slider is missing. This has become a bit of a topic with the recent OnePlus launches, which have lost one of the brand’s trademark features that has existed almost from the beginning. Now it’s obviously exclusive to Pro models.
Speculative renderings: OnePlus 10T in green and black
As for the display, it should be the same size as the Pro, 6.7 ”, although it is expected to drop to FHD + resolution (from QHD +). Other rumors include a faster charge of 150W (than 80W) and a less capable camera (50MP with basic OIS, 16MP ultra wide, without telephoto). And, of course, the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 will replace the original chip. It should offer better energy efficiency (which will be offset by a smaller battery, 4800mAh vs. 5000mAh).
Here’s a 360 ° rotation of the OnePlus 10T for a better side view:
It is claimed that the OnePlus 10T will be available in black and green. It is expected to be unveiled next month and (according to some) this will be the last flagship edition of OnePlus for the year.
