More details about Travis Barker’s recent health scare are emerging.
According to TMZ, citing a number of family sources, the rocker Blink-182 was hospitalized for pancreatitis – an inflammation of the pancreas that causes abdominal pain – which doctors believe was caused by a recent colonoscopy.
E! News asked Travis’ representative for comment, but has not yet received a response.
On June 28, Travis was taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles with his wife, Courtney Kardashian.
While the family has not yet spoken about his condition, his 16-year-old daughter Alabama Barker took to Instagram, asking her fans, “Please send your prayers.” Shortly afterwards, she shared a photo of her father’s hand on the side of his hospital bed. She signed after the deleted post, “Please Say a Prayer,” adding two emojis with a broken heart and emojis with a pink heart on Travis’s hospital privacy bar.
