Twitter reportedly stopped Dr. Jordan B. Peterson after he violated his rules in a tweet about transsexual actor Elliott Page.
Commentator Dave Rubin tweeted Wednesday: “The craze continues on Twitter. Jordanbpeterson has been stopped because of this tweet about Ellen Page. He just told me he will ‘never’ delete the tweet. Paging elonmusk…”
Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk is struggling to acquire the platform in a series of negotiations in 2022 and seems to have been prompted to do so by the history of censorship of the platform.

TWITTER, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE PRINTED CENSORED CONSERVATIVE DESPITE LIBERAL DOUBTS
According to the alleged screenshot, Peterson tweeted: “Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen Page has just had her breast removed by a forensic doctor.
Twitter appeared on the screen that it stopped Peterson for tweeting, writing that he had been punished for “violating our rules against hate behavior.”

Paige, formerly known as Ellen, announced a new identification as a transsexual individual named Elliott Paige in late 2020 and was a outspoken political figure.

An account that is said to represent Peterson’s daughter, Michaela Peterson, announced on Twitter: “Wow. @jordanbpeterson went on strike on Twitter. No more Twitter until you delete the tweet. It’s definitely not a free speech platform right now, @elonmusk. “
The conservative non-profit organization PragerU announced that the organization “Stands With Jordan Peterson” and offered its assessment of the incident:
“According to Twitter, Jordan Peterson’s tweet encourages violence against, threatens or harasses ‘other people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability or serious illness.’ Twitter locked Jordan’s account and asked him to delete the offensive tweet in order to restore his account. “
