But Adele excitedly went ahead with plans for her upcoming shows in London at the BST Hyde Park Festival as she shared a sneak peek from her rehearsals for the highly-anticipated show.

The Easy On Me hitmaker looked in fine form as she sat cross-legged on a chair and sang passionately into the microphone ahead of performances on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 July.
Adele opted for a comfortable look for studio rehearsals, wearing a black hoodie, jogging bottoms and trainers.
The mother-of-one went make-up free while letting her caramel locks flow freely around her shoulders.

To make sure she stayed hydrated while singing, Adele had a large bottle of water and a hot drink on hand.
Keen to drum up excitement for her rare live performances, Adele asked in her caption: “Who’s ready for tomorrow!?”
And while many of her fans were excited at the prospect of seeing her perform her biggest hits live, there were still plenty of others who were disappointed by the lack of information about her Vegas shows.

Adele took to Instagram again last week to talk about her Hyde Park show as she said it would “blow” her fans.
She shared a photo of herself alongside Mahalia, Gabrielle, Kacey Musgraves and Tiana Major9, who will also be performing in Hyde Park on the same day.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘The line up for my shows in Hyde Park next week will blow your socks off!!
“An all female bill from the new artists I’m obsessed with to the heavenly @spaceykacey to one of my favorite artists of all time @gabrielleuk who I’ve loved since I was 4!!

But her disgruntled fans were quick to take to the comments section to question the Hello hitmaker about her Las Vegas residency, which has been hit by a series of delays.
Weekends with Adele was set to kick off at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas on January 21.
But a day before it was to begin, Adele announced she would postpone the 12-week residency, citing the COVID-19 pandemic as a mitigating factor.
The last-minute cancellation left many fans out of pocket after spending thousands on tickets and airfare to see her on stage.

According to The Sun, theater workers at the Nevada hotel, casino and entertainment complex have been told to “go home” by September.
The proposed move puts Adele’s much-anticipated concerts – which she claims “must happen” this year – into doubt, with Rod Stewart set to begin his run at the venue at the end of September.
The publication said union representatives representing staff at The Colosseum – Caesars Palace’s main entertainment venue – had confirmed that members had been asked “to go home until September”.

And with Rod set to visit the Coliseum in September and amid recent hints from Adele, 34, that she wants to have a baby in 2023, it looks likely that fans will be waiting longer to see the Chasing Pavements hitmaker perform.

It was previously thought a slot had been secured for her to sing her biggest hits at The Colosseum, with Keith Urban finishing his own residency on June 18 before Rod Stewart kicks off on September 23.

Addressing the issue in February, a source told The Sun: “That’s the timetable that would make the most sense.
“Talks are currently ongoing and we hope that Adele’s rearranged dates will be agreed very soon.”
“She made it clear that next year is not an option and everyone wants to lock in the dates.”
It was recently reported that the concerts, originally set to take place in January 2022, may be moved to the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, with Adele and her team saying they are in “serious talks” about finalizing the venue.
However, there is no word on whether the new venue has been secured, with Planet Hollywood said to have already lined up shows in the run up to Christmas with performances by John Legend, Miranda Lambert and Shania Twain.
