The company has announced the Tecno Spark 8P for a recent launch in India. Here’s what the new budget smartphone has in store for you.
After launching the Tecno Pova 3 in India with a massive 7000mAh battery and a large 6.9-inch FHD+ display, the company is now introducing another budget phone. Tecno confirmed the launch while sharing a teaser on Twitter of the new upcoming budget phone Tecno Spark 8P in India. The teaser confirmed several specifications and designs for the Tecno Spark 8P. It was launched in global markets last year and now Tecno is gearing up to introduce it in India.
Tecno’s India Twitter account tweeted along with a short video: “Power the day with a massive 7GB virtual RAM. TECNO Spark 8P, #IndiasLatestBigShot coming soon.” The official handle confirms that the smartphone will feature 7GB of virtual RAM technology that can use the internal storage space. It also confirmed that it will feature a triple camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera. The Blue color variant has been confirmed for India launch. Tecno Spark 8P Expected Specifications
Previous leaks in the past suggested that the Tecno Spark 8P will feature a 6.6-inch display with Full-HD+ resolution, along with a waterdrop notch on the front that houses the selfie camera. It could be an 8MP selfie shooter, while the rear is confirmed to have a 50MP primary camera. While the other two are yet to be confirmed. However, based on the global variant, 2Mp portrait and AI lens can support the main camera. It may feature a MediaTek Helio G70 and a 5000mAh battery. For security, it is expected to carry a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will also feature a DTS stereo speaker setup. The device is available in four colors in the global market namely Turquoise Blue, Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple and Cocoa Gold. Will the Indian variant get the same tones? Tecno has yet to confirm this.
