A cyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a cement truck in downtown Toronto on Saturday night.
It happened in the area of Adelaide Street West and Portland Street before 8pm
Police and paramedics arrived to find a male cyclist with an injured leg.
He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Footage from the scene shows the front of the bike separated from the rest of the body, lying on the road several meters away.
The truck remained at the scene.
