We will no longer receive Xbox 360 games included in Games with Gold starting this October.
This is due to the fact that Microsoft has already “reached the limit of [its] ability’ to add new Xbox 360 games to the service, Microsoft said in an email to customers seen by Eurogamer.

All is not lost though, as we’ll still be getting the usual monthly offering of Xbox One games.
You’ll also still be able to re-download any Xbox 360 games you’ve already claimed as normal.
“Beginning October 1, 2022, the monthly games provided to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold members through Games with Gold will no longer include Xbox 360 titles,” Microsoft wrote.
“We have reached the limit of our ability to include Xbox 360 games in the catalog; however, Games with Gold will continue to feature exciting Xbox One titles and exclusive savings every month.
“This will not affect any Xbox 360 games you downloaded before October 2022. Any Xbox 360 titles you redeem through Games with Gold before then can be kept on your Xbox account, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.” Thank you for being a loyal member.”

Earlier today, Microsoft also announced its upcoming versions of Xbox Game Pass. These include the return of three Yakuza titles and the family faces of Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol.
