Israel has largely given up on further damaging Iran’s uranium enrichment capabilities, Channel 12 reported on Saturday.
“Iran already has enough enriched uranium [for one or more bombs],” the network said, without citing a source.
The network attributed this to alleged Israeli attacks on other factors related to Iran’s nuclear programs, such as assassinations of scientists and strikes on missile development bases, as well as a focus on Iran’s weapons program – the ability to mount a bomb on a rocket.
Israel is widely believed to have carried out various acts of sabotage against Iran’s nuclear program, including cyberattacks and physical sabotage at enrichment facilities, as well as assassinations of scientists, engineers and other officials key to the Islamic Republic’s nuclear development efforts .
On Tuesday, Iran said it had arrested Mossad agents who planned to kill nuclear scientists in the country.

The announcement did not specify the nationalities of the alleged agents or how many people were detained. There are no further details on the alleged plot.
Iran often detains individuals it claims are linked to foreign intelligence services without providing public evidence.
Last month, it was reported that Iran suspected Israel of killing two Iranian scientists a few weeks ago by poisoning their food, as tensions flared between Tehran and Jerusalem amid Iran’s progress in its rogue nuclear program and a series of mysterious deaths in Iran.
