London grass fires: Major incident declared

Around 175 firefighters are battling a grass fire on Pea Lane in Upminster, east London, with smoke rising over the M25 motorway, while eight fire engines with 60 firefighters were sent to tackle one of the blazes in Croydon, in Shirley Hills in south London.
