Festival organizers and the Black Pumas confirmed Tuesday that the duo has canceled their upcoming performance at the 43rd annual Calgary Folk Music Festival.
The Black Pumas took to Twitter on Tuesday morning to say they were “devastated” to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances they could no longer make their planned appearance on Thursday.

No official reason was given for the cancellation.
Folk Fest organizers also took to social media to say they were “super disappointed” that the Black Pumas were canceling their performance. Anyone who may be seeking a refund due to the cancellation is asked to contact the box office.
